Cougars Athletics currently fields teams in Baseball, Softball, Mens Soccer, Womens Soccer, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, Women’s Volleyball, Men’s Wrestling, Men’s Rodeo and Women’s Rodeo. The Cougars compete in the CCCAA and NIRA are members of the Golden Valley Conference (All Sports) and Big 8 Conference (Wrestling). Lassen Community College has had a long standing reputation of excelling in athletics on the national landscape, already capturing national championships and conference titles, along with a number of Coach of the Year and Player of the Year honors.
